PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services provided by Urban Tales, including urban games, self-guided experiences, events and interactive content.
BOOKING
Bookings are made online via the website www.urban-tales.com.
Payment must be completed before participation.
By completing a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
PRICING
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may vary depending on the experience and options selected.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed online through WooPayments and the payment methods available at checkout.
No on-site payment is accepted unless otherwise stated for a specific experience.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- a technical problem prevents the experience from taking place;
- the organiser cancels the experience;
- Urban Tales is unable to provide the booked experience.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, no refund will be issued once the experience has started or the customer has accessed the experience.
For experiences booked for a specific date or period, applicable consumer cancellation and withdrawal rules may differ according to Portuguese law.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
Participants agree to:
- comply with applicable laws and public-space rules;
- behave responsibly and safely;
- follow the instructions and rules of the Urban Tales experience.
Urban Tales is not responsible for inappropriate behaviour by participants or for incidents outside the reasonable scope of the service.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
Urban Tales services may be booked by:
- individual customers;
- businesses and organisations;
- organised groups.
Access to an experience is subject to the conditions specified for that experience at the time of booking.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Customers may contact Urban Tales regarding any complaint or issue relating to a booking:
Where applicable, consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under Portuguese law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
